The food was EXCELLENT and Hollywood Pictures took a memorable photo of my dad. The total experience was AMAZING & I'm sooooo THANKFUL!!!

Called ahead for a 20-person reservation after being told that is the minimum they would allow for a reservation. Arrived around 8:00 and sat at a table that was reserved for our group. Never got a waitress. Another member of the staff that I believe was a bartender came and took our drink orders after like 30 minutes of no contact from a waiter. Finally got our drinks after another 10-20 mins, and then finally got our food order taken. Wait another 30+ (probably more) minutes and then we finally get our food, although it was served to us by a buss crew that didn’t know where the food was supposed to go. Was finally asked around 30 more minutes later to remind the server what we got so they could ring it up. Are you serious? We seriously considered just getting up and leaving because we were 100% sure not a single person in the restaurant ever really acknowledged our existence. We didn’t want the charge to fall on another member of our reservation party if we did that though, so we bit the bullet and waited for the worlds slowest wait staff to bring us our checks. went and paid at the bar so we wouldn’t have to trust these servers with our credit cards, we probably wouldn’t get them back if we did. 0 stars.

This was the best experience and the best server. A definite winner!!! Will be coming back every time.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting in regards to how it treats its employees. I have never been so appalled and saddened than from what I've witnessed here. It should be illegal to treat an employee the way that I witnessed. What a shame.

Service varied greatly by day. One afternoon no one would serve us, next day got the best server there (Brittney)! Went to watch Masters on excellent projection screen on top floor. The chicken egg rolls were SOOOO good!
