The view was great but the drinks sucked
The vibe is cool. If you want to have a drink on Sunday night or weekday, this is the place to go. They also organize fun events.
Awesome bartenders. Ian and Monya took care of our large group. The music and view was perfect. Some of the best tacos around.
Oh my goodness! After going up what looks like the endless stairway to heaven, we arrived to the rooftop. It was worth the climb, and the view is considerably spectacular. When you get here make sure to ask about the daily drink specials and tell them I say hello
Living just a block away from Reina at the Whitley Apartments since its opening, I've been subjected to significant disturbances. The bar plays loud electronic music from Thursday to Sunday, and the lack of any barrier means the sound travels directly into my apartment, disrupting my sleep and peaceful evenings. Despite numerous complaints to 311 and reaching out to the regional manager for Austin's nightlife and entertainment, my concerns were not addressed effectively. It is particularly frustrating to learn that Reina operates without a valid permit for music, yet there's been a lack of enforcement from the city. This situation has compelled me to relocate. I am moving a block away to a higher floor to escape the noise. It's disheartening that my decision to leave was influenced heavily by a bar conducting illegal activities. Patrons should be aware of the negative impact this venue has on local residents. I hope my experience encourages potential visitors to reconsider their patronage, knowing the profound effect the bar's operations have had on at least one neighbor's life.
Absolutely love the atmosphere and view! The bartender made us amazing drinks that tasted like strawberry Starburst. Even on a cold night, I felt warm, cozy and at ease on this open roof top bar. Great place to kickback and have a great time with my friends
