Red Cone Creperie

Trendy ice cream shop! The kid behind the counter was knowledgeable and worked hard to fill our orders! There were about 12 of us and he did a really great job of taking our orders, making cones and bowls then cashing us all out separately. I did try the Acai bowl, it was my first time so I have nothing to judge it against, ingredients were fresh and tasty. Dietary restrictions: Acai bowl with non-dairy ice cream

Had a very pleasant experience at Red Cone in Wyndham Lakes. The staff was courteous and the atmosphere made me feel like I was at a café in Paris. We had the Banana Strawberry Crepe, which was AMAZING and they also have a wide variety of ice creams for you to pick. It's like a restaurant but for deserts, we will definitely be going back.

I came in with my daughter to eat ice cream and the person that was attending (who was a very young girl maybe a high schooler) had the worst attitude. Her face looked her we ruined her whole life by being there. Her face was literally this the whole time. My daughter was very excited to get her ice cream and the person didn’t even make the attempt to make a connection with the costumer. Costumer service is key to any business but they dont seem to care. On top of that is $10 for two balls of sub par ice cream. I mean not even Dr Phillips charges this much nor Disney. Not sure how this place is so highly rated but they also have branding issues. They have a kid friendly sign named “Red Cone” outside but inside it wants to pretend to be an upscale gelato place with bad customer service. Please higher better people and fix this pricing issue. Please train your employees to interact with costumers and have a personality with children. I mean it is an ice cream place. To have your 8 year old daughter ask you “was the girl ok?” Says way too much.

Terrible , extremely overpriced ice cream. $10 for 2 scoops?!? Not even Disney charges that much for ice cream. Do NOT lie and say your disgusting ice cream is “homemade” cause that’s a lie. And if it is find better ingredients and a better recipe cause EW. Also the service is TERRIBLE , maybe train your employees to have good customer service and not look like they’re dead inside and hate the customer.

The ice cream is delicious

I love love love this place. My favorite is coconut ice cream. Is not too sweet and taste delicious it even has coconut pieces.
