Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The burgers and fries here are good but they are never hot enough. They just very warm if that makes sense. Just never hot. It's like that at every Red Robin I feel like.

I had it delivered. I ordered from the grill one in Countryside Mall in Clearwater. The food was later than I expected. I ordered for 6pm. My food wasn’t on time at all. All of my food was stone cold. I had the ribs,steak fries and Cole slaw. And an appetizer mozzarella sticks with sauce. The driver pulled in the middle of my front yard. I do have a driveway. I will not order there. Not happy! But, I called customer service about my situation. They would look into it. I think it was a day or two later I got a email they were refunding me my whole bill. And they did. I will order again. I do appreciate it. I ordered for delivery again on 2/28/24 I ordered the fish sandwich w/fries it was cold. A chicken tender salad with just a few pieces of chicken. And lemonade slice of cake which was the only thing I ordered I was happy about. I spent $57.85 and plus it was after 5:30pm which I wanted not happy. 3/6/24 I received a gift card from Red Robin a few days ago. So I spent it on the last meal from them. I’d rather have my $57.85 back to me. But it wasn’t any better. Still cold. I’m not ordering from them again. I do not recommend them.

This used to be our favorite Red Robin’s. We traveled over an hour to eat here because the service was worth it. Went here on my 2 sons bday week and needless to say they sang to the other kids, gave them a cute birthday Sunday, but not my boys. I had to leave with them crying asking me why? I received a call from the manager which I do appreciate but still no answer why my colored children didn’t feel special on their special day and left in tears! Tuesdays burger was delicious. Ask them to hold the seasoning on the burger.

Great place to take family for dinner

This place really makes good food. I ordered today cheese burger with fries and some sunset lemonade for my kid. Trust me everything was so good even lemonade was out of world. Food was just freshly made and so tasty. I also like our server Kiara. I believe this is only place with lots of staff around. Service was quick. Thank you so much Vegetarian options: Cheese burger and fries Kid-friendliness: The staff here is so polite. I love the way Mr Noel greeted my kid.
