Red Lobster

When we were seated we were told Kaitlyn would be serving us. When she approached she said she would take our drink order but she would not be our server. No real explanation as to why, but she was leaving. Something seemed "off" with her and her actions. My husband and I both felt like we had done something wrong??? Especially when we saw her wandering all around the restaurant while we waited for our drinks and new server. Fortunately Emily, our new server, was a COMPLETE DELIGHT!! She was very apologetic (about Kaitlyn), knowledgeable, polite and VERY NICE!!! The Lobsterita's were awesome and the food was great!! EMILY saved our Anniversary dinner and we are grateful and pleased with our experience!! Thanks

Ordered the clam chowder it was watery had no flavor and had oil floating on the top. I was very disappointed.

No roll refills. Went in to have the Monday shrimp special which cost I think $15. I ordered 2 plus the lobster and shrimp special for myself. My first receipt was for $112.00 I noticed that we were charged for an appetizer that wasn't ours. So she removed it. Now the bill is $88. . For 2 lemonades and a cup of hot tea, 2 shrimp specials and the lobster tail & shrimp. Remember the entree was $15 a piece. It pisses me off that we were charged the regular amount because we got there around 5pm and it clearly stated online before 6pm the specials prices were honored. Is it because we didn't leave until 6'20 pm and prices go according to the check payment time ?

Good was a thumbs down for me

Our waitress was Tamia, she was a kind and helpful young waitress! I had the bristle sprouts and a loaded baked potatoe which was mouth watering. My wife had the endless shrimp which we both enjoyed the new Sea salt and Vinegar shrimp. The Ambience was nice bc we came on a Sunday night, it wasn’t busy at all and seems like the team all got along!

Too greasy. Little taste. Will not return. Waitress was super.
