Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a “Free Queso” promo on my account via a email. I tried to use it on my online order, but it didn’t get applied. When I went to pick up my order I asked about the queso and asked if I could get it. The manager said no, even when I showed her the email. Shea was adamant in her refusal, so I told her that she valued the $1.00 queso over my continued business- enough said!

This location’s quality of food has declined! I used to come here often very often but now the food is bland and taste like mayonnaise, disgusting! I tried to give it another try and got the same results. Management please take heed because other locations are going to put you out of business. Sorry but not sorry..

Came here for a bowl. Firstly I ordered carne asada the server went to the side and got me pieces of shredded carne asada instead of chunks.. By the time i came to the end of the line the server said they ran out of cheese for the night and I had to get my bowl without cheese. I sat down to eat and next thing I know 3 minutes later they had cheese again being served to other customers.. the server was too lazy to go get some more cheese and instead told me they ran out for the night. Cheese is the main part in the bowl for me! Very bad experience I had and I feel discriminated by this action.. 02/02/2024 time around 7:15 pm

I’m driving out of my way just for this specific chipotle. I don’t care if I’m an hour away. I’ll be here
