This was truly a horrible experience and the worst customer service ever! Made reservations for 7:30pm for my Wife and I along with our 2 daughters. Ordered the kids their food and our entrees were ordered as well at 7:48pm. Food that was ordered for the kids came out within 15min, which was great ( so we thought)! Fast forward to 8:45pm and our order still hasn’t came out. Asked for management to express the dissatisfaction, whom at this point apologized and offered to compensate the meal. Not being ungrateful at all, but that doesn’t take away from the time wasted and a horrible experience that left us all feeling on edge.
