The workers were awesome, the food not so much. This particular location could really use some upgrades. The table was sticky so I used napkins as a placemats. The carpet smelled I'm sure from spills and food droppins. I do however wish them the best. Planning another trip to Savannah. Red Lobster is always a go to place. However based on the current comments regarding the food I don't think we will be dining here. Red Lobster as a standard of quality that people expect. Your standards are not looking to good. Always wishing you all the best.
My husband and I waited 25 minutes before being seated. We were seated and after 15 minutes we did not have a waitress check on us. After asking two other waiters who our server was, they both said give them a few minutes, but neither came to our table. I would not recommend anyone go to Red Lobster because their customer service is horrible.
First time coming here and I’m impressed! The waiter was very attentive to the table and frequently gave updates about our food. Biscuits were warm and tasted amazing. My order had a minor mishap but was handled right away. The food and the Long Island iced teas were great. Spent almost $100 and had no big issues. Only thing was we weren’t asked about dessert, our check was just put on the table but other than that this was a wonderful meal. Will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!
The worst service at any restaurant. After waiting for at least 20 minutes for a table, which was expected,we were seated. The waitress did not come for 20 minutes. It took another 15 minutes to get out drinks. Then everything came one thing at a time. My crab legs came without butter, and I ate 1/2 of them waiting for the butter. No cracker was available and was told they were low on them. I asked for a baked potato, for which came out as mashed because they were out of baked potatoes, and they were ice cold. Sent them back. It took so long to get anything, you better have at least 2 hrs to done there. Would not recommend going there. My husband order medium burger, was well done. Could not even eat it all as it was way overcooked. I normally do not complain, but the service is very poor there. Another party was complained by to the manager as we waited also.
They are very unorganized I payed for ultmite Feast. to go order , I found old salad & Mashed potato with cat fish no sauce. Poor customer service.
Enjoyed business lunch with a partner; scrumptious seafood and Caesar salads.
Amy, our waitress, made this visit to Red Lobster perfect. She noticed we were waiting for a table in the bar area. She took charge and said she’d wait on us. She certainly did! Our drinks, appetizers, main dishes and desserts were immediately delivered and everything was excellent! She checked on us frequently to make sure everything was good. It definitely was, thanks to Amy. What a gem you have in this wonderful waitress!!!
Placed a 2 go order and the order was 45 mins late, with food still missing from my order. Place wasn’t even busy just seem like employees were avoiding people
