Red Lobster

Andy is amazing! I believe he is the manager and if he isn't he deserves to be. I had a horrible door dash experience and he was so great to help me during this process. His attention and assistance was top tier as door dash really dropped the ball with my delivery.

First of all the we had to wait 40 minutes to get into the restaurant, then when we ordered the we also had to wait at least 20 minutes. When the food came 2 orders were wrong. For surf and turf the lobster was missing and we got mashed potatoes instead of a Salad. The food was good and the waiter was really nice.

Vivian needs some help behind the bar. Even tho it was very slow, my food was really good very satisfied.

Waste of money and time!! Waited 30 mins before the ONLY staffed waitress was able to came to table. Rose was super, sweet but overwhelmed-and rightfully so! Took FOREVER (close to an hour) for food to arrive at table. And the food was HOR RI BLE !! Most of my food was thrown away. When brought to thre manager left to find discount code & never came back. Red Lobster's quality in food & service has plummeted so badly. Huge disappointment. Worst experience ever!!]
