Never go wrong

I ordered 2 different shrimps and they forgot my shrimp, very mad right now because I just spent 100 dollars for takeout and they forgot my shrimp

I got the pick 3 shrimp. All the food was hot except the shrimp Alfredo, which was cool. The waitress was very good but had too many tables. It seems every time I go to that particular red lobster they have a problem with lack of employees.

Not what it used to be. Short staffed. Our waiter was not very attentive. And the building is in a bit of disrepair. Everything is expensive and the portions of many dishes has shrunk. Lobster options are still solid, thankfully. Hard to recommend anything else.

Clam chowder was bland not worth $8. Asked for crackers and were told rudely that they were out of crackers. I think we got waitress that was not working our area. Kinda just out there. Got cheddar biscuits at the end of our meal. All this with 4:30 arrival.

Service was slow. Nearly done eating before biscuits were brought. Ordered margaritas without salt. They came with salt. The replacements tasted salty so they probably just dumped original drinks in another glass, transferring residual salt. They now only give one side with shrimp. Did double orders of coconut shrimp but they provided single dipping sauce. Took awhile to get additional sauce plus refills on water, since we sent second salty margaritas back. I don't know when, or if, I'll return again.

Lobster fest was great. 2 lobster tails linguine and 2 sides. Perfect
