Chipotle Mexican Grill

The guy named Yandi he seems to be the manager is mentally handicapped, I absolutely hate going to this chipotle. I’ll rather drive the extra 20 mins to the one on pine island

This particular location is usually really good however today nobody spoke English. So it made it difficult to order and get exactly what you want. On top of that the grandma behind the counter was stingy with the cheese and extras also telling me to cost more for more cheese then proceeded to charge me for extra chicken that I did not order.

This chipotle is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a chipotle in my life , $17 for a SINGLE chicken bowl because they charged me extra for A REGULAR SIZE PORTION of meat, she put HALF OF A SCOOP OF MEAT in the bowl and proceeding to charge me for extra meat when she barely gave me any. What a joke.

I like coming to this chipotle. But I do not like the disregard for cleanliness and food handling that I saw today. The tall guy that’s typically at the cash register should not be handling money AND touching his hair and face 10 x while then proceeding to go Put gloves on to serve people their food!! THAT IS A HUGE NO NO!! It’s disgusting. He never washed his hands in between. And should not be flip flopping between money and food handling. In general everyone should be washing their hands before putting on gloves. I’ve seen them grab the gloves and hold them and mess around before even putting on - therefore they are contaminated!! Please make a change ! My husband is a food inspector and I’m well aware of processes.

This chipotle used to be amazing now they never have any food for in person customers, they choose to give some customers items from the fax line and not to others. I’ve had to go to the pine island chipotle the past 3 visits I’ve had here . No one is bilingual they don’t understand when you have complaints or want more or less of something. They give you way less protein than they should be giving. And when you ask for extra you get mean mugged. When they only charge on meat. Some times they give you quesadillas some times they say online only . No one has any idea on how to properly run this location and it is apparent

I usally would give all 5 stars because my experience is always awesome and the food is amazing but today I picked up my order and was eating my food and noticed a dead baby fly. It ruined my appetite and was just so disgusted that i couldn’t eat it I know it may have been a accident but please make sure no one else has to go through this and check out the food before you seal it up thank you.

I am not one to leave reviews and I have given this Chipotle about 4 dozens times (35 too many frankly) to make my experience, even just average. Tonight was the clicher though, so much so I felt compelled to leave a review. I made an online order at 8pm for 820pm. I showed up at 825pm to find they didn't even have my order. I asked them to look in their computer and showed them my phone with proof of name, order, and proper location and magically they found it. I proceeded to wait THIRTY MINUTES for them to make my order. I bring it home, open it up, and all there is for my Quesadia is sour cream. No corn, no Pico, no fajita veggies I asked for. Absolutely horrible experience. I'll drive over the bridge to the Ft Myers one before I go back to this one and have a horrible experience for the 37th time.
