I joined a church group from Palm Coast to Daytona Beach Shores ro be able to see what the Kyrstle Frazier experience was all about that I had heard. After having the opportunity to dine with Krystle, I wasn't disappointed and completely satisfied. I look forward to eating there again.
Great servers and family oriented atmosphere. However, I do have one grievance. My son and daughter ordered endless shrimp where salt was lavishly sprinkled until the last order was so briny that they were impossible to eat. That was a very rotten trick, but obvious. I won't be back.
This was our first time and the kids wants to try Lobster. Waitress helped every step of the way and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing and even helped!
Margaritas are fire. Came with a shot. Waitress was hilarious. Ate so many shrimp it should be illegal. Was not judged for competitively eating shrimp with my wife. Wife had good time. 10/10
We went for dinner last night (March 27th) around 5 pm. I wasn't super hungry but my family was. I will say we got a ton of food. Everybody was full and we had a lot of shrimp left to take back to the hotel. My one and only gripe is that I think it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get biscuits. Yeah yeah. I get it. They want to push appetizers but still. The biscuits are the reason we even went there and spent $120 on dinner. The kids like the biscuits lol. Good experience overall.
Quality and quantity was poor. Service was horrible. Biscuits was terrible got it after food was served. Not the same food.
Not your typical Red Lobster. The food is great, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is much better than any Red Lobster I've been too.
My family and I had superior service. Ethel W was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed, that the food was just as ordered and was super kind. Best dinner experience I can remember. Thank you Ethel :)
Hairy situation: Red Lobster on International Speedway. Today server and hostess was good, food came out and my husband had hair in his fries. The server called the manager and the manager comes and says “that’s too bad” he then says “Do you want me to get you another order of fries or a cup of clam chowder?” We just found hair on the food and you want to replace with more of the same item or a cup of soup. My husband was disgusted and stopped eating, and left the plate behind. The manager never apologized and found humor in it. After the manager saw our reaction to his nonchalance response he took his order off the bill and my husband left hungry and ate elsewhere later today. It appears all the times we’ve gone to that Red Lobster the order is wrong or there is something wrong inside the food. We will not return. Attached is a picture of the hair it was a long 4” black hair and we all agreed it didn’t belong to the server, the manager, my husband, or myself. I suggest cooks wear hair nets. Not a nice experience.
