Red Cap Cafe was established in 1974 in Santa Fe. We serve American style comfort food and brought back the local diner experience. From breakfast served all day to handmade Bluebell old fashioned shakes and everything in between. Red Cap is locally owned and operated and is a small town diner where the locals go.
