Small, hard, and old boba.
Thay work like slowmotion!!!!! Wasn't busy at all, 30 minute waiting just for a juic!!
Even at 30% Lychee Green Tea or 0% Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea (after ice has melted after 40mjns) they are way too sweet. I can’t imagine how 100% sweet would taste like.
Got the cereal milk tea, added grass jelly and cheese foam, no ice, 30% sugar. It's still way too sweet and I couldn't taste the tea aroma at all. It's just plain sugar and milk powder. I have to add an extra 2 cups of tea when I got home to make it tastes better. And the grass jelly isn't authentic either. I remember when they first opened, they used to have pretty good tea. However now, I don't think I will come again.
Hokkaido milk tea tasted fake and leaves a strong artificial aftertaste. Not recommended. Drink was made pretty fast though!
Tried it for the first time and it was yummy
First, the only way to order is via the kiosks located on the side of the shop. Only two, and only card. No ordering at the counter. Second, I ordered Hokkaido milk tea and the lowest sweetness levels they have was 50%. I wanted 25/30%, but there was no way to do that. The drink turned out very sweet and nothing outstanding. I will try another stall next time. Parking: Plenty lots in the mall parking garage Wheelchair accessibility: They’re located on the 2nd floor of Westfield, near the dining terrace, so I’d say wheelchairs friendly.
Based on the service alone. I went here about 20 min before they closed, and there was no body in any line or anything. I asked if I could order at the counter, and the girl told me to use the kiosk. All I wanted was a Thai tea, and I could not find it on the list, so I asked her if they had it, and she said yeah but didn't help. So I went across the walkway and easily ordered one from a person at the other tea cafe. I feel like the kiosk ordering is just making the customer service suck and the kids just sit with their headphones on and ignore customers and make drinks.
The bubble tea itself it’s not bad but it’s mostly ice so you pay 7/8$ for a little bit of taste and lots of ice. I wouldn’t try it again, also didn’t see anything special in the menu all the same tastes that you can get from any other bubble tea stores ( maybe with less ice and more ingredients)
staff are horrible at their job. I was trying to order with cash because the mobile screen was broken, and I tried getting their attention, but they just ignored me while they were gossiping with other people. 1/5 do better.
