Ray's on the River

Edit- I was told repeatedly that the gratuity would not be included in my total and brought cash for the servers. When reviewing my charges after the event, I realized that gratuity had been added to my total. I spoke with Hallie regarding the matter and requested a partial refund to my credit card for the charge. I was told they would have to remove the money (only $300 of 22% gratuity on my card +$500 cash tip) from the servers checks and I could only receive a gift card to the restaurant (I don't live in Georgia). In addition, one of my guests booked a larger event with them after attending my party. My party was still lovely, but the subsequent events are lack the customer service I believe is reasonable. I celebrated my 40th birthday at Ray's in the Silver Oak room, and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the river. The event planners Hallie and LaToya were so helpful in answering my questions, providing info throughout the process, and were always prompt in responding. The wait staff Anthony and Rachael were attentive to my guests, and everyone raved about the delicious meal. Thank you all for helping to make my birthday so special!

This place has a great review, however my experience was not good . The hostess pick and choose where to sit you based on your look, the steak has not been seasoned , the service is delayed on every order. Will never comeback.

Noah was our server. He was terrific. Great service. Great food. Nothing better than that river view! Thank you, Noah. We'll ask for you next time!

I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to our server, David. He was personable and gave great suggestions regarding the menu. Our meal was delicious.

We enjoyed an early dinner at the restaurant, savoring healthy options like Grilled Halibut and the Ray’s Salad from the menu. The spacious and inviting lounge served well-crafted drinks, and the bartender's cocktail knowledge was refreshing. There was live music in the lounge adding an extra special vibe to our evening. The staff worked seamlessly as a team, ensuring someone was always nearby to assist with anything our table needed. We look forward to returning!
