Raw Juce - Coral Gables

I needed to find a replacement for aerojuice, and came here and really liked the options and also the ladies behind the register. Very nice and clean inside!

Horrible and rude customer service after waiting 15 min+ for a smoothie - wait time doesn’t even make sense considering how fully staffed they are.

The staff could not be less interested, so much so that I left without being served!

I love raw Juce. I’ve been to the Boca and west palm locations. This was my first time at this location. The lady at the register looked bored and disinterested. She was texting on her phone. After she took my order, she went back to texting her phone while the next person waited. Who knows, maybe it was a family thing but still, there was no smile and just blah. Also, i bought something else before i left and realized… i couldn’t choose my tip unlike other raw Juce locations I’ve been to. I asked about it and apparently they punch in their own tip. Literally dollar amount. That seemed sketchy to me. I don’t know how much they are taking .

This place is very aesthetic pleasing and peaceful. Great service and food, would definitely recommend!
