What a great place to have a solid authentic Italian meal. You feel like your in your family's kitchen. The attention and service is top notch. The food is amazing. Best chicken parm I have had in years . You need to bring your significant other to this great place . You won't leave hungry , that's a guarantee!!!

We were thrilled to see this restaurant re-open in the Gables. Family run and everyone around us was friendly. They don't seem to have the entire menu that's online available. I guess they serve what Marc feels like cooking and that's just fine! They bring a board over with whatever they are serving that night. I had hoped for the Sunday supper (generally meatballs and sausage over pasta) as I've always said that these are the best meatballs ever. It wasn't on the board that night, but they agreed to make it for us. Marc was kind enough to bring over a meatball and ricotta appetizer on the house. One may say this was meatball overkill, but I say bring it on! You can't get enough of those amazing meatballs. Can't wait to go back! Next time - chicken parm!

I can't even write a review on the food because the service before getting there was so terrible that we didn't even go. Back in March I made a reservation to come in April, however I needed to reschedule so I went on their website to change the date. I never received confirmation of the new reservation, which was supposed to be on a Wednesday, so the Sunday prior I sent them an email to confirm the reservation. I never heard from them. So I looked up their hours, saw they were closed on Sunday & Monday and understood why my email wasn't responded to. But I would have expected a response on Tuesday, when their website clearly states they are open. No email response on Tuesday. So I called them. Their phone rings once and then sends you and automated text message asking how they can help you. I sent multiple text messages on Tuesday - the day that their website says they are open - saying that I have a reservation for the next day and I wanted to know if it was confirmed. No response to my text messages. On Wednesday, the day of our reservation, my husband and I decided to get to the restaurant a little early to make sure there weren't any issues with the reservation. However, they had a sign on the door saying they were closed due to Covid. Super curious though, because they had a table in there that was very clearly eating - wine glasses, food, enjoying their time. Doesn't seem very appropriate if they were closed for COVID. Instead our party went to Doc B's right down the street and enjoyed a very delicious meal. Our car was parked next to Randazzo's since that was our initial plan and I did find it a little curious that when we passed the restaurant there was a second table, this time a larger group, dinning inside of Randazzo's even though they still had the closed due to covid sign on their door. Now, the day after my reservation, I received a text message at 6am asking me for my reservation details. What dinner restaurant texts someone at 6 in the morning???? Very unprofessional. And now I just received a phone call from a lady telling me that their restaurant is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. However, their website very much says they are open on Tuesday. Also, if you're closed for covid but have people working in your restaurant, the least you could do is respond to the email or text message I sent you to say that you were closed. Very bad service. Very bad experience. Definitely taking my pasta loving family to a different restaurant in the future, would never even consider coming here.

Randazzo is back in the Gables and as good as ever! Randazzo himself was doing all the cooking and stopping by the tables. He brought us a dish of mussels on the house. They don’t have a set menu - it changes every day based on what ingredients are fresh and I think what Randazzo feels like cooking, which perfectly encapsulates the charm of the restaurant. It feels like you’re having dinner at an Italian grandpa’s house. The meatballs are out of this world and the handmade gnocchi dish that my wife ordered was unbelievable. My wife said she hadn’t eaten gnocchi that good since she was in Italy.
