Excellent. Loved it. Every dish was great. Perfect example of a hidden treasure. This restaurant is hidden, on a quiet street on the ground floor inside an office building with no visibility and pedestrian traffic during operating hours, yet, it is always full and to get a reservation is not easy. When you have a small perfectly curated menu that is gastro gourmet the curious food lover with a palate will find you and adventure off to dine with you.

the food was amazing. i recommend trying the tartare, hotpot and gelato dessert. the waiter was extra nice and attentive. we didn’t drink a lot, only one cocktail “double fist” that was really good, too. a great experience overall, and we did not even try the $125 testing menu which i expect would be amazing. the only fault was the chair outside - they were really uncomfortable

Get ready for a sensual dining experience. We are discerning diners and are not easily impressed. Zitz Sum exceeded our expectations.

Zitz Sum may be my favorite restaurant in Miami. I am born and raised here, and I had not been presented with a restaurant pushing the limits on creativity and variety in any one style of cuisine like Zitz Sum. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there, and there couldn't have been a more spectacular meal to celebrate with. My wife and I shared the entire menu, and we were not disappointed with a single plate. We truly enjoyed them all and had a WOW response every single plate. My wife and I will be back, again and again. To top it off, our server and all the employees were amazing and provided incredible service. I am forgetting his name right now (I believe it may have been Diego, but I may be mistaken; he was a long haired gentleman from Miami!), but I must thank him for providing a magical experience for us. Thank you!!!!

Delicious food and top-notch service from Maynor. Our 12-year old son commented that the food and service was better than French Laundry, and it was. It’s a hidden gem and worthy of Michelin Stars.

What a wonderful experience! It is truly a "hidden gem" that is ideal for foodies. The location is small and intimate, but the tables are far enough apart that you don't feel like you're eavesdropping on your neighbors. The menu choices are creative and made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the bing bread, bao, wonton in brodo, steak and a gnocchi type dish (I don't recall the name). They told us their menu changes frequently, so we can go more often and try new things. Their wine recommendation was excellent as well. We will definitely be back! Parking: We had an early reservation so it was easy to find street parking. There is a garage nearby, but I didn't notice the cost.
