Ordered a salad and two sandwiches. They did not have the salad i had ordered online.. that was on the website. understandable. but when I was trying to pull up the salad on my phone to see if I could just match the items of that salad to a build your own, the person at the register seemed very impatient. seeing i was the only one in the store, I didn't see why she was so harsh with me. As I understood their frustration that the salad did not exist in the system, they made the process very hard to compromise. Then while I was looking at the salad they put items in the sandwichi had specifically asked to not put them on, due to allergies. However they were frustrated enough to add them anyway despite how politely I asked her not to. I walked in at 7:30 on March 23rd in 2024. Check your cameras. I hope the manager can view this review and rethink their team leads. If I could rate 1 star I would. I don't want a refund. I just want humanity back!
