The young lady at the counter is very rude one as I have ever seen in my life. She didn’t really explained to us what we were asking about the order that we didn’t understand. She seemed like she was fuming and playing a game from her phone while taking our order as well. After getting the milk tea, it tasted so bad as the worst milk tea that I have ever experienced and that’s not something worthy.

Employee guy with blonde hair threw a towel at his co worker in the kitchen but ended hitting me in the head with it. Then he acted like he didn't speak english
I don't eat this stuff, however my daughter had a drink from here I couldn't tell you the flavor. It was tasty, I drank the rest of my daughter's drink. School was out, it was fun to see the children.
Love this place, very cultural, deep in Asian culture! Need to visit this place inside this mall spectacular
If you value kindness, respect, customer service, and overall decency, this Quickly will quickly disappoint you. If you had a family problem, you lost a gambling game or your dog died, there shouldn’t be any reason for you to show to work and manifest that behavior towards customers. I get it.. We all had a long day. But it’s a Saturday and you’re alive. Young lady told me you’re not in line you go back. Rude. Rude. Rude. Could have said more like a human being. You had no directions and I was with my kids looking forward to their favorite bowl. Your parents must not teach you correctly on how to be kind to others let alone having any concept of customer service. If you’re going to be rude and disrespectful of your customers, this is not the right job for you. Been going to this mall for more than 30 years ago and I never experienced this rudeness and disrespect . Learn some manners young lady with the glasses! Stay away from this place at all costs
We stood there waiting for about 15 minutes before the woman peeked out from the back and said “we are CLOSED” angrily TWICE. First of all we heard you lady, no need to repeat yourself. Second, could’ve said it nicer?? Third, could’ve said it 15 minutes ago :/
Worker called out the wrong number and I even asked to confirm the number order. But after a little bit, they yelled and humiliated me for not listening to the number order call by the worker. Other than that, the food was good.
