IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT!! My wife placed an order online through Pure Joy's website for pickup. She paid online. Upon arriva at 645pm on a Friday night, the restaurant was closed although it is supposed to be open until 10pm!!. We called all of the listed telephone numbers but nobody answers. We drove 8 miles. If the store is going to be closed, they need to be responsible and shut down their online ordering system. Such an inconvenience to say the least. Now we have to contact our credit card company to try to cancel the charge.
I had a great experience the first time I visited this place last year, so I decided to invite 7 people for brunch, we had to wait an hour and a half for our food to come out, they did give us an appetizer and apologized for the delay but then we had to wait another half an hour before the food to came out, the waffles were cold and sogy, the steak wrap hardly had any meat and is all greens etc. etc. for the rest of the meals, I am done going there, I was very disappointed, and I hope they fix their problems before they go out of business.
