Second review , the food is good for the price , but honestly the cashiers attitude is on a different level , I come in here often to know the vibes which is i sayy my order concisely and make sure you check your food before you consume it . After telling the cashier that she got my coffee order mix up with another customers , she looks at both me and the other customer and did this swapping motion with her hand . I said I sip his drink already , can you please make me the item that I wanted and paid for. Of course met with an attitude from her , next time I’m making a way bigger scene . This cashier will cause you guys to have uncessary friction with loyal customers . Put her in the back in the kitchen so she do t gottah speak to people until she learns how to
The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are really good. I didn't appreciate that the lady cashier was rude (like incredibly rude). I especially didn't appreciate that she just snatched my credit card from my hand after I took it out to pay. Like chill lady, I understand how tapping the card on the card reader works. This isn't my first rodeo.
I go there every morning for their oatmeal. They have 2 options, with milk and without. They have a variety of toppings available as well. Sometimes I go back for lunch to get a soup. Large soup/oatmeal are about $4.90 each.
Great friendly service fast and delicious
Very blah and poor customer service.
Unreasonably overpriced. Zero service
We came to NYC for the 4th of July. The place was the closest and most convenient to where we parked and Thank goodness, it was delicious! My ultimate's lox bagel was brimming with smoked salmon and as you can see in the picture, that one bagel sandwich lasted me most of the day. The prices are the best in the city, although it's technically not in the city. We were in Long Island City which is just a quick train ride into Manhattan. Hope everybody had great 4th of July, I know we did!
Here's a picture of the amount of lox on my $15 bagel (before tax, tip, and credit card fee).
