Every time I come to Publix, it does not disappoint! The customer service they have is unmatched. If I don't find what I want, there is always an associate ready to help.

My complaint is for the Deli. I made a online order for three subs and they did not make them until I arrived at the pickup time. They also had an attitude with me when I brought it up. It was one older lady and one younger lady working. I had to wait 30 more minutes for my subs to be ready and they did not make the subs correctly, which caused me to return again. Thankfully, the store manager refunded my whole order when I brought this matter up.
