Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

Came to the business knowing exactly what I wanted. In and out. Finding a Parking spot is the only challenge.

Arrived at 4.55pm Tuesday 3/19 and was sat in the back...I was told Monique would be my server....After we'll over 10 mins and the place is dead...plenty of staff walking around but no service go up and left and told the girl at the front door....No excuse for zero service....can understand if busy...I won't be back.

Horrible customer service from the manager CHRIS that works at the North Lauderdale location. I went to the restaurant on 02/22/24 to ask for a A refund. The guy I spoke with at that time told me the refund would be issued the next day because the manager wasnt there. I went back the week after just to find out it was never issued. The manager explained she was out of town and will issue the refund. It is now 03/19/24 and have not received my refund. I called today at 10am to see what’s going on with my refund. The lady said I would receive a call within 30min. NOBODY CALLED! I then called back at 3:02pm to speak with a manager. CHRIS gets on the phone and says he doesn’t know anything about it but will look into it but didn’t ask for any details. I then told him I can go up there to see what’s goin on because I felt like he was rushing me off the phone. He took as I was threatening him and hung up on me. I called right back and asked why he would hang up. He starts yelling saying that I was threatening him. He then tells me that I only called to take it out on someone (this man is a joke). I asked if the calls were being recorded because he was making false accusations at this point and want corporate to listen to the calls. He said they were being recorded then decided calm down and told me he will look into it. He didn’t ask me for the order number or the date UNTIL I MENTIONED IT.. crazy huh? He said I didn’t give him time to ask LOL ummm sir you were to busy trying to argue with me instead. This place sucks!!

Food was great at first. Philly cheesteak was better than i remembered. There was something crunchy i couldn't identify, but didn't bother me till the end, when i found metal shavings. Yeap, ate a few of those unintentionally, immediately felt grossed out and upset. Never going back.

Best restaurant

Salad took literally 30 minutes, I was starting to think that they forgot about my order. Their famous chicken wings were absolutely not famous at all but dry and made me want to throw up. The waiter got super comfortable asking me 3 times was I going to share my food with him, once he finally saw that he was making me uncomfortable he left just to return 5 minutes later to ask me to smile… Super annoyed and will not be returning!!

I absolutely love Ms veritable! She was elegant, professional, and on point from the seating to the food. Awesome woman.
