This location doesn’t exist!

Great food, loved it every time I ordered, the only thing is that they closed down some time ago and still have the same details as if they're still in Austin, but it just redirects you to the San Antonio branch. Be careful not to order if you're in Austin like we did!

This location no longer exists. There is an alternative restaurant that also looks good. But don't come here for Project Pollo, go to another location.

I really enjoyed my time at Project Pollo. Jason was very polite and explained the menu items patiently and thoughtfully. The food was delicious, I had the Backyard Burger and it was fantastic! I’ll definitely be back with friends.

The food is great. Everything else about their business is abysmal. I’ve been trying to give these guys a chance for years now and they can’t get it together. I emailed the owner about improvements and he never responded. I’ve provided feedback to store employees and nothing improves. I sincerely never leave anyone negative reviews, especially when I’m hoping the business will succeed. However, they eff up too badly and too often and there’s no actual way to provide feedback - good luck contacting a location. I wouldn’t be here if I could give the feedback to anyone who could actually make a difference. So sad you guys can’t get it together. PLEASE TRY harder. Smdh

Update: Tried eating this anyway (saved for later) and I found a piece of metal. Amazing! Also attached a photo. I tried to contact the store and the number is disconnected. I spoke to a manager at the Congress location and they gave me the same disconnected number. Super annoyed that I wasted money on this. Reviewing the Rosewood location here bc google won’t let me on the proper page. Bummy that I paid $13 for this Harvest Bowl which I think is a bit…. Underwhelming? I don’t see the kale chips and, I just… I dk. I’m attaching a picture.

The general manager at the South Congress location is the best!! My order was ready for pickup on time and packaged perfectly without any errors!
