I should give a zero! We stood in line for a shake and when we got up to order the worker refused to make a shake. I asked why it was on their menu and she just stared at me. I guess Potbelly is too good for my patronage. Unfortunately an airport is limited options but I have now developed a sour taste for the Potbelly brand and will not spend my hard earned money there.

When there’s not a lot of options, they’re the best option.

Surprised by the low reviews. My roast beef sandwich was phenomenal and the people working there were great.

Worst place i have ever been to. All the workers seem like they hate their jobs. the food was overpriced and they were out of everything. The big one, Lali practically threw the sandwich at me for complaining about my order. never go here

You're in the airport and hungry. Potbelly has the sandwiches for you. When I was last there in September 2023, service was quick, and sandwich was made correctly. I had the steak, no aioli, with hot peppers. Even got the sugar cookie to go with it. Tasty and wasn't hungry on my flight. Will go again. Parking: This is an airport location.

Grabbed some food before a flight and was hoping for a strawberry shake but all they had was chocolate, other than that if you’ve been to a potbelly before you can expect the same as any other.
