Only my 2nd visit to any potbelly, and first to this one. Good sandwich. Apathetic staff (esp the girl with the pierced face who looked like her puppy just died) blasted the worst rap, or whatever it was supposed to be, much louder than the overhead music. Couldn't wait for my party to be done so I could escape. If I come again, it'll be pickup oonly. If.
Take all my stars!!! The staff here are FABULOUS. I placed an online order for pickup, and upon picking up I discovered the sandwich was not correct (I live far away, so I wanted to make sure it's what I ordered before it's too late to do anything about it - i.e. by the time I got home). The bread was not what I ordered, then I peeked inside and saw the filling wasn't correct, either. I notified the staff, and they profusely apologized and instantly remade it to be what I ordered. They kept apologizing the whole way through, and I had to stop them! Haha it's just a sandwich, all good, and luckily I found out about it there and not 50mi away. They remade it to perfection, and my dog says a big WOOFTHANKYOU for the other sando, as he was the lucky recipient of that one. :) (They told me to take it, as they'd have to throw it out otherwise.) Thank you for making my absolute favourite sandwich ever and for being so kind, to boot. Icing on top! I don't want to say "this is what all customer service should be like!!" because, quite frankly, they went above and beyond, but I've been made to feel like *I* am in the wrong if/when this situation occurs, so it was refreshing to have them acknowledge the mistake and remake it without a fuss. I hope everyone working that day gets 1,000 cookies! You made my heart all warm 'n fuzzy, and I really appreciate your kindness.

Incredibly frustrating experience with this location. I had ordered a couple of sandwiches on the Potbelly’s app and only received half my order. I called to complain and maybe have the rest of the order delivered but they said they couldn’t do that and I could only just order it again on the app. I was told they’d refund my first order. Unfortunately I was never refunded for it and even after weeks of calling back to check in on it, I was always told there’s no manager around and they’ll try again to refund it but it still has never happened. I was told to come into the location and it would be handled. I finally did come in and of course they didn’t know what I was talking about or how to help. They just took my info down for the 5th time. No one has followed up or offered anything to make up for the frustrating situation and there’s no way to get a refund through the app. So I guess they’ll just keep my money for food I never got.
Ordered a chicken salad requested 6 items on my sandwich, all were missing including the mayo, sandwich was super dry. Recieved sandwich for delivery, chicken salad between two pieces of bread, that was it. Called to talk with someone to find out why I was missing everything on my sandwich. Just said mistakes happen and to contact Grub Hub. I will definitely be hesitant before ordering delivery from this location again. Thank you Grub Hub, for backing up poor food delivery service.
Happened upon this sandwich shop close to where we finished our bike ride and the food was great! I definitely recommend it !
Came here on a Friday at 7:30 and the place was emptier than the Mojave Desert.
