Potbelly

Ordered through Uber eats. They said it was ready. Showed up to a giant line and the order wasn’t ready. The parking situation is also non existent for this location. The meal ended up costing me double due to the $35 parking ticket. Will not be back to PotBelly

Went in here today to get a sandwich for lunch and was greeted by a foul rotting smell. I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it took forever for someone to come and take my order, so while I was standing there, I started looking around. Upon looking around out of boredom, I noticed hundreds of tiny little flies everywhere. All over the walls, decorations, the flag they have hanging right above the food...everywhere. I said to myself "self, this means there are probably maggots in here somewhere" and walked out. Honestly, I'd have just left it at that and just not come back if it wasn't for the snark I got from someone behind the counter as I left. I mean, dude...look around. I waited for more than a minute without being greeted after noticing the foul smell and bugs everywhere, decided to not eat there, and then got attitude as I left. There is most likely a maggot infestation, and I'm not about that when it comes to my food. update: Decided to give this place another chance today. I seriously haven't been back since leaving my original review, so I figured what the heck, lets give them another chance. The foul smell and bugs were gone, but I was flat out turned away because of a "large online order." This place was seriously turning people away that were walking in. I understand that large orders come in from time to time, but you don't just turn everyone else away until you're finished. That cemented it for me...just don't go to this potbelly location anymore. Between the rude, entitled, diversity-hire employees and the health and safety concerns I've had with this location in the past, this place is permabanned from my circle of lunchtime options.

The food was okay, just not anything special. However the food is not worth the customer service. None of the 3 behind the counter had a smile on their face, it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They didn't say anything to any customer walking in or out. When we checked out he brought our order up, said the total and walked away. The store wasn't necessarily dirty, but it wasn't clean and wasn't comfortable to hang out in. To get me to return they would first and foremost have to improve their customer service. A small greeting when you walk in, a smile when they are talking to you, any small thing to make someone feel welcomed goes a long way.

Very good sandwich with plenty of everything on it. The ingredients were all fresh and the bread was great.

Restaurant was a mess, all tables were dirty. We were the only customers in the restaurant. I’ve worked in the food industry so I understand maybe they just had a big rush. We were in the restaurant about 10 minutes before ordering. We walked up to order our food the guy working just stared at us. When we asked if we could order he just pointed his knife to the wall sign “order here” Drug his knife across the bread choices as a form of intimidation. Kept making snide comments under his breath about our order. Then would continually pull his scarf/face mask up while touching our food, didn’t change his rubber gloves. My teenage son took one bite of his food and then didn’t touch it (if you have teenage boys, you know that’s very out of the norm) he didn’t say why until later in the night. Said his sandwich tasted the way bleach smells. My only recommendation would be staying far away from this place. Only positive the gentleman working the register was pleasant.

Stopped coming here due to the rotting smell that used to be prevalent here, decided to come in here on a whim recently and saw a big red face guy acting rude both to guests and coworkers yelling on the floor . Think I'll just go to Jimmy John's for now I'm on
