Food quality vs cost ratio is average at best. Too easy to find a better sandwich for the same price at Jimmy Johns, Schlotzskys or better yet a local shop.

Finally found the location. Food? Is subway quality just annoyingly interrupted with strange ordering practices. Clearly, the place was understaffed and those employees who were there, clearly don’t care. The drink fountains were plagued with mildew and grime, they’d overflow onto the ground and wreaked of foul water. No napkins to clean up so you’d just leave. Garbage cans were overflowing with mess, it smelled. Every single table was dirty. And I mean, disgusting. The 3-4 employees there not only gave up, they just didn’t care. It was obvious how irate they were with corporate. Slightly overpriced, severely disgusting. No need to ever go back.

The restaurant is filthy, bathroom is gross, fountain drink machine is full of crud. Will not be back.

Team is amazing!

This was my family & I first time coming to Potbelly. As we explained this to the you lady with the bandana on she still continued to make me and my family feel incompetent for asking questions. When we would ask she would reply in a rude and condescending manner. Loved the food but the customer service was horrible.

Food was okay, my blta sandwich had undercooked bacon. Id would give this spot another chance. The orea shake was good tho.

Usually a pretty chill place. Finally, I'm getting around to reviewing this place. Awesome sandwiches! I even have left overs. I would suggest original size unless you are extremely hungry. Highly recommend it to you.

Just happened to be in the area and needed some soup. Best decision ever. Great menu, service was fast and friendly, place was clean and smelled great. 100% coming back. The Carmel apple cookie was at best 6/10 but everything else was outstanding

Potbelly is a sandwich lover's dream come true! The made-to-order toasted sandwiches were delicious. The retro-style atmosphere and variety of salads and baked goods made it a perfect meal. Already looking forward to my next Potbelly fix!

I got the chicken salad sandwich. It was ok but certainly not among the best I've had. Tha shake, however, was very good.
