That reading was a year ago. Today on the other hand has a 1 star for this potbelly store. The cucumbers you see were in a stack on that end of the sandwich, the other half of the sandwich had 1. I ordered on white bread, this is wheat. Staff have always been polite, the guy who waited on me today I've not seen before. No getting, no thank you, but here's your wrong order bye.
Today 12/18/2023 @ 5pm was my 1st time visiting this potbelly location and sad to say that I'll be contacting the corp office and district manager to complain about the lack of menu in the drive through, poor food quality, no receipt with order and my order being made incorrectly. Someone who never had potbelly before would not be able to buy here due to the menu missing over 80% of the items they offer. How can a customer know what comes on any sandwich without a menu. This location needs a visit from the District Manager.
Camiyah(sorry if I misspelled hun) provided the best service I’ve received all year! She IS the definition of providing excellent customer service and needs to train every new hire that comes through the door! Please make this young lady the manager, if she isn’t one already
This place has the worst customer service seriously today made me realize I’ll never shop in Pullman again
Good food but they forgot to add avocado to my BLTA ontop of that I ordered online still had to wait 30 minutes. They served everyone else first. One stars for slow service and missing ingredient.
This is a great location to eat at. Literally all of the employees are professional, respectful, and kind. They hook my sandwich up and it is always FLAME . Thank you so much for doing a great job!
