Stopped in for lunch with a coworker, and had never been before. I didn't know what to get, and just so happened that the owner or manager of this location was sitting there working on the computer. Suggested I get "A Wreck" their most popular item nationwide, and add the hot peppers. Delicious sandwich and those hot peppers will sneak up on you! Very nice clean place for a delicious sandwich, and a nice conversation with the owner/manager!

First time trying it and it was 5 stars. The chicken club add avocado was great. And good price for the quality.

The food was very good. I ordered a skinny sandwich and soup combo. The chicken pot pie soup was very hearty. There were lots of veggies in it. Initially there was an ingredient forgotten on my sandwich, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they were happy to fix it for me and even provided compensation for the mistake. If I'm in the area again I would definitely return. The staff was very kind and helpful. I also tried the seasonal eggnog shake and it was delicious! Ordered online, was given an estimated time for it to be ready and sure enough. I got the veggie melt and my husband got the smoked ham sandwich and HANDS DOWN the BEST sandwich. When looking for the best quality ingredients, rewards on the app, and amazing customer service and attention POTBELLY is the place for a fact and specifically this Carmel Location. Chefs Kiss.

The food was delicious. Well prepared and presented well. The atmosphere is it's own experience. There was a small hiccup with one of the staff. I went in with a group of people where most of them had not been there before. One staff member was very short and irritated that didn't know what they could put on the sandwich and was irritated when asked. Other than that. It was a good experience and will go again.

I get their powerhouse salad about once or twice a week. At least half the time they forget the dressing. Today I ordered for my family and had 3 salads with no dressing. I called several times over the course of 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone once. Terrible customer service and attention to detail.

Love their Sandwiches, try out their Mediterranean sandwich with added mushrooms, it is so good.
