I mobile ordered two food items and a drink. The drink took quite a bit longer than the food but that wasn’t really an issue. The problem was that I ordered an iced chai latte with soy milk but when I took it to my car, I noticed that it was a little too dark in color and tasted like a watered down chai latte with coffee added. Coffee gives me migraines and the drink was disgusting so I walked back in and told the barista. She was the one who made it so I figured she had just made a mistake, totally okay! She was very nice and remade the drink. However, I get back to the car and the drink is still too dark and tastes the exact same: watered down chai latte with a little coffee added, dirt water. At this point I had to cut my $7 loss and leave to make it to work. Making a drink incorrectly or taking a little extra time is totally fine! But remaking the drink and it still being wrong is a training issue as it seems she did not know how to make an iced chai latte. And at this high price point, this is unacceptable.
