Apparently ran out of biscuits when I went, but worst part is they gave me food poisoning.. subpar restaurant.

Like the sweet and spicy wings 5 for $6 you can't beat that. The plate itself I keep it after for storage that how sturdy the material is

This has to be a joke … the lady on the intercom is yelling with an attitude like I’m inconveniencing her to order. Then this… this a side .. no I didn’t eat out of it. I didn’t even want it anymore

Customer service right now at 6:31 PM on march 20th is horrible the attitude from the manager is the worst the store dirty as hell it look nasty

One of the worst popeyes I've ever been to. Update 03/16/2024: And still is. I gave them a try last night and did a mobile order. Normally, I'll go to Greer Cir or Jimmy Carter locations, but this one is close to my house, and it was getting late. I placed my order around 10:50. I got there around 11:10. I was advised that the food was limited at the speaker when I told the attendant I did a mobile order. She said she didn't see it in the system, so I reiterated what I ordered. She made me park in the lot, didn't give a drink, followed by served the car behind me while I waited about 30 minutes. She then came out to the car and said they have no more food. From there I pulled back to the window for an explanation where she told me, "tell your customer that we don't have any more food, call Door dash." From there I told her, "it was a personal order and after waiting 40 mins you come and tell me there's no food but u served the person behind me?" I made an argument about at least getting my beverage and pulled off because with the giggles and laughs, I wasn't certain if my drink was spit in or not... avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!! Take the extra drive to a different location because this place is horrible.

For the life of me I don’t understand why they insist on serving one car at a time. They pull one car up. Serve them and you’re waiting at the speaker. Then when they pull you up you have to wait more because they are just now cooking your food. They always have an attitude and you pull up to a long line but all the workers are sitting in the lobby. I absolutely hate this location and it’s the closest to my house. Everytime I go I’m reminded why I would rather drive across town to a better location
