Las Tortas Locas

We ordered some food and waited till it was ready; As we went to pick it up it spilled as we bumped into someone. We asked and explained what happened to the kitchen manager and All though she saw what happened she said we would have to buy another one even though we didn’t even touch the food and even cleaned up and apologized. After we tried to explain they still refused so we went and sat down; after 5 minutes they finally made it and once we get it there was hair on it. It was never about the money we could’ve paid for another one but if you see that it was an obvious accident we shouldn’t even had to ask it’s the principle. They were all very rude about it and very inconsiderate. Don’t come here and expect to be treated good as they clearly don’t know what that is. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I used to like this place. But after the last time I won't be coming back here. I have since moved out of this area. But because of the food, I made sure to stop by and pick up some dinner for me and my little one. I gave the lady my order about 3x.... I repeated it. She didn't get it right.... what's annoying is that they don't speak much english... and when you have an issue with the order, they talk about you in Spanish right in your face. They really lost me as a customer because of how they argue about what was said.. some how . The customer who is always right ends up being wrong. I just came here for food. Not to deal with this type of business. I spend a goof $40+ every time I come here. There's plenty of other places I can go to that would value my business.
