Employees have a horrible attitude. They’re always in their phone and you can’t bother them to do their job because you get more attitude. Drive thru is worse, they always forget something and the attitude and service is horrible. Will finally stop coming here.

First, the food was okay. I would not recommend this location to Veterans. Next, I have received a discount on 2 separate occasions previously. However, today I was denied. I was told that they only have Senior citizens discount. The policy needs to be consistent as it relates to discounts. The employees smirk when telling no military discounts. Solution: The policy needs to be consistent. Communicate to employees how to give military discounts.

WARNING ⚠️ GO TO ANOTHER POPEYES!! Horrible employees smoking weed in the parking lot, didn't care until I got my food which had hair in it and it was extremely old!! Then no receipt,told me don't have any. .

There very rude and never have chicken available , and said it will take 25mins to make 12 wings and when I said ok I’ll wait they said the manager said it will actually take 30-45 mins to make like they didn’t want me to buy them. So do they sell chicken or not?

De peor que he visitado en Usa, pésimo servicio, pésima atención, pésima limpieza suciedad, malos olores, personas que no saben que es atención al cliente, esperas hasta 5 minutos para que te atiendan no digamos para que te den tu comida, INSTO A LOS DUEÑOS DE LA FRANQUISIA A QUE SE INTERESEN POR SU MARCA NO SOLO POR RECIBIR DINERO, EN SERIO DE LO LOS PEORES EN COMIDA RAPIDA. The worst I have visited in the USA, terrible service, terrible attention, terrible cleaning, dirt, bad smells, people who do not know what customer service is, you wait up to 5 minutes for them to serve you, let alone for them to give you your food, I INSTALL FRANCHISE OWNERS SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN THEIR BRAND NOT JUST TO RECEIVE MONEY, SERIOUSLY THE WORST IN FAST FOOD.

Ghetto rude and tried to fight me and called the police on me then cancelled the call because I did nothing wrong. Popeyes is about to pay me big time.

They deserve zero stars. Says they’re open till 11pm, they aren’t. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through around 9:45pm just to make it to the order screen, and no one greeted me or answered me through the speakers. Sat there for 5 minutes before driving around to just park and order inside. Walked up to the door and it was locked, with employees inside sitting on their phones gesturing that they were closed. So insanely rude and awful service. All the one star reviews are correct. Terrible.
