Clean restaurant, wings are pretty good for "fast food" crunchy crispy however really salty. But definitely recommend

MAN IM SO SICK OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE EVERYTIME I GO TO THIS PLACE THEY RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER OR THEY WILL TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY AND ACT LIKE YOU BEING INCONVENIENT IN THEIR DAY WHEN YOU GIVEN YOUR ORDER.

It's 10:15pm. I have an online order. Pull up to a line and none of the employees are serving customers. Mind you they close at 11pm. They see us outside but continue to ignore us. Apparently all the employees are blind! Not surprised though with this location. A bunch of pathetic folks. These reviews are all 1 star. Just throw the whole building away or get a whole new crew. Preferably hire people with good work ethics! Do better!!

Popeyes at Hillsborough and Orient Rd. This place sucks!!!!! Employees are always beyond rude and the drive thru is never open. They make you come inside. I hate this place. Complained to corporate manys times and nothing changes so I guess they could care less. Don't go there any more.

Charles is the only decent human being working here Everyone else is so rude, insulting, unprofessional, and just gross individuals. Was refused service without explanation. After approx 30 minutes of knocking at the window for service I was given a cold chicken sandwich without anywhere to put my trash. Please Popeyes there’s no need to pay these people not even minimum wage if they cannot act as human beings.
