They took down my order correctly and charged me correctly, I was in a hurry but I did notice my bag was light…running a bit late to work. Got to work and sure enough they didn’t get my sandwich… ‍♂️ it’s not that hard guys. I will go back tomorrow and try to get my sandwich. But this sucks

I had a wonderful experience at Popeyes today. The employee who assisted me was exceedingly kind and patient with my 14-year-old autistic son. His understanding and empathy made our visit to the restaurant so much . I regret not getting his name because his exceptional service truly made a difference. I am grateful for his kindness and commend Popeyes for having such compassionate employees.When I go back I’ll be sure to get his name .

I honestly don’t know why this place has anything above 2 stars. I’ve been here 3 times and each time they have been rude, slow (30 min this time) and inaccurate. They made me wait half an hour for a routine order, they messed it up and then had the nerve to say “I gave you an extra tender for the inconvenience”. I definitely won’t be here anymore.

Parking: Tiniest spots ever seen in my life. Cramped parking lot filled with frustrated people. Fun!

This favoritism left a negative impression, as it not only demonstrated unprofessionalism but also a lack of consideration for the paying customers who were patiently waiting their turn. In conclusion, the service at this fried chicken restaurant was subpar, characterized by long waiting times and a disappointing lack of respect for customer queues, with an unfortunate emphasis on prioritizing friends and acquaintances over general patrons...!!
