Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love Popeyes spicy fried chicken. I think it’s the best when compared to others., if you get the app and order through it you can get discounts and deals. They have also recently added several different flavor of wings. My only problem with Popeyes is they never have anything ready. I can appreciate having fresh food but, on my last visit I ordered & paid on the app 20 minutes ahead. I even got a text that said my order was ready. When I got to the store to pick up my order I was told to pull around while they prepare my order. While I love the chicken, I always have to be mentally prepared for a wait. That wait is there whether or not they are busy.

This is the worst Popeyes ever, I waited 45 minutes for my order, first they tried to give me regular chicken when I ordered spicy and I watched to order of regular came out before they cooked spicy.Every time I go there it’s always something wrong. The place is dirty and the workers uniform are always dirty. I hate that place and will never go back.

Did not get what was ordered lousy attitude from the servers and the food sucked!

Food was good. Service was fine. I couldn't shake the feeling however that the place was a little gross. Then I took my son to the bathroom and understood. Nasty bathrooms in this joint. A cleanup and a refresh to modernize the inside will keep this Popeyes from going the way of the, as google has it labeled, "temporarily closed" Wendys across the street. We can do better guys.

Great service from the staff here at Popeyes, in particular, Sergio. Great food too!

My wife and I placed two separate orders..I proceeded to picked them both up at the drive through and they were rude..Asked me to show proof for both orders which I only had one on my phone and the other was on my wife’s phone..Didn’t bring my wife along because she was feeling sick.Got to the window and I was told that I had to show proof on both phones..I’m not taking my wife’s phone because she’s ill they lost their everlasting minds over there.I won’t order here anymore if that’s the case .They never asked to see my phone as much as I’ve been there .I think they didn’t like the fact that I had 30 wings on my order plus my wife’s order and it was slow
