If you come here expect to wait 20 plus minutes for a simple order

Love it.. Never disappointed

Went to the Popeyes in Chatsworth on Mason Ave. this evening. They usually serve decent food, however the last two times I've ordered the food there it was cold. I also ordered a side of fries and they dumped cold overcooked fries on top of the chicken, beans and rice had no beans in it, and the biscuits were like rocks!

Good chicken and sides as usual at these restaurants. I like the menu BUT for some reason, employees always have a bad attitude. Restroom is not too clean. Needs more care.

There’s a manager Carmen who is the absolute worst to customers. Did not know how to handle customer issues (multiple customers had issues.)

Sadest Popeyes I've ever been to, and even worse customer service on top of that. The employee lady Carmen looked miserable and like she hates either her job, or her life. No smile, no greet, no thank you, no eye contact, nothing. My chicken sandwich was sad looking, and the Mac and cheese was dry.
