Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They left us waiting 25 minutes for two sandwiches saying it’s a 4 minute wait on bacon and when I went to check after 25 minutes I was told the chicken is frozen. And on top of it all they were rude. Big rude! And the manager ignored my request to speak to her.

I haven't eaten at Popeye's in a long long time the best Popeyes is always been in Florida it which is where we discovered this restaurant years ago then they ended up in Charlotte North Carolina they didn't stay very long I don't know if they could cook the food or not but there's been bad publicity so it's skeptical of eating at Popeyes

This Popeyes is a huge disappointment EVERY time I go here. So I decided to get chicken tender meal with fries. I go through the drive through and they tell me they are out of fries. So instead I get the red beans and rice. I open the box and realize the chicken is tough, dry and really not that fresh. On top of that, they didn't give me my drink. Just slack! Last time going herem

The new wings were awful to much sauce. I could not enjoy it.

Lime was crazy long as always. Messed up my order twice: first I had to go back because they forgot to give me a whole surf & turf box. Then when I got home, it was only shrimp - no chicken. Food cost too much to be messing up orders like that. Finally, shrimp and chi was spicy. I ordered original so, seems as if they put whatever they have in your bag smh Do better please

Order the taklebox shrimp. They gave me 4 shrimp for 7.99. Sad
