So sad to report that a staff on duty yesterday 15th of April, as at 10.56pm, needs to be suspended or fired for his unprofessional customer service. He had a racial Profiling embedded in him. I ordered a combo of spices two pieces of chicken. But after checking, he inquired from the kitchen guy behind when the spices chicken would be ready. The guy said 12minutes precisely. I therefore opted to buy mild chicken of the same breast and legs. Meanwhile, l saw some legs chicken which he said are spicy, but of the same combo price with my previous order of breast and leg. And l declined that two spicy legs for mild breast and legs. But surprisingly, he packaged my order with two spicy legs instead of the mild breast and leg. When l discovered that he either intentionally or mistakenly did that, l went to him to show the meal packages to him, and turned to ask the kitchen guy again that when is the spicy breast and leg would be ready. The guy said 6 more minutes, and he immediately dragged the food which l was still holding from me and threw it to the garbage with annoyance and demanded that l should get my refund and leave the premises. I was stunned, shocked to the marrow of my bones - that such hostile treatment can be melted on me, perhaps, because of my accent. The store cameras would testify to what happened yesterday April 15th, 2024. I therefore, call on the management to investigate that incident through the store cameras and fire him from that store due to racial, hostile and unprofessionalism. He's unfit to project a good image of the store to customers. He even boasted to me that nothing l can do to him by review. His name is Jonathan. Thanks!
