Placed a mobile order at 4:10pm I came to pick up my mobile order at 4:30pm - my order wasn’t ready. I got my order at 5pm with items missing. Staff was lackadaisical and unwelcoming. The lack of communication and care is just atrocious. I placed my order to avoid being late for work and now I’m late and my food is cold. Management is a joke! Everyone at this location has a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!!! Y’all need to do better!

Wasn't 2 good chicken look burned so I told the guy I wanted 2 wate on the chicken coming up ha ha n they had no red beans n rice only coleslaw n fries wow!!! Vegetarian options: Well u can eat beans n rice
