Haven't ate Popeyes in awhile and wanted a chicken sandwich. We also got 8 piece mild. I guess they call it classic. We got spicy chicken and it wasn't fresh. The sandwich looked like they put a chicken strip to make it look like one big piece of chicken patty. It wasn't like before when they first came out with them. Overall everything sucked!!

I'd stopped by coming from Church. I ordered a three piece combo with two apple pies, but all white pieces. Gladly paying for the extra upgrade price. After getting my order at the drive thru, I'd confirmed with the manager who was working the window. That my order contained all white pieces and he ensured me it was correct. A hour later, I decided to eat this Easter Sunday treat before my main meal. I was surprised that it only had one breast, one thigh and one leg. Totally not even close to what I had ordered. Obviously, the worker who handled my order must've not been taking their job seriously. Perhaps, this location should train their staff in time management, attention to detail, literacy and customer service. This is the only location that has earlier screwed up my order a few times. I don't have confidence in their customer service. I will inform my colleagues and associates to go elsewhere. If you just use this location, useJust use caution and visually check your order from this Popeyes location.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece family tenders meal. I also ordered a tackle box shrimp meal. I only got one large side with my family meal and am missing the red beans and rice with the tackle box. I’m so sad! I drove all the way home. I should have checked but I shouldn't have to check. Super sad.
