The MOD around 10 pm took almost 20 minutes to get my food out and was playing around instead of helping get food out. He told another customer that it would be 10 minutes for 1 sandwich. He needs to be retrained and the lobby was dirty.

Very nice and well mannered

Food is good they make my stuff right maybe 80% of the time but I get my money back. Usually I get delivery but tonight I placed an order for pickup, the website said y'all were open for dine-in (which I was gonna do Togo) until Mid night. Tried to call to confirm this, phone line kept disconnecting after 1-3rings. Come just to find y'all's lobby only open till 10pm. Fix what ur website says, and don't let ppl order pickup orders on the app after 10pm so this don't happen again

Guy in the drive through was a manager from the grey shirt he wore he was rude and argumentative because he kept mishearing what I ordered I kept apologizing he was very confrontational then they gave me a biscuit instead of the cheesecake cup I ordered and that he had on the receipt ..after getting that fixed I found out the chicken was cold and not crispy had def been cooked 30 mins prior this was a sucky experience the whole staff seemed to hate to be there..I never even received a receipt they probably know what the feed back would be and skipped out on providing it
