It was ok. Not the best coffee shop ive been to but not the worst. Walking in and I could have sworn I heard a manager and a eorker make a comment about my friends and I (on whether we will buy anything). In case I misheard I ignored as I still wanted to try. Nothing to write home about. The regular coffee taste as if it has been sitting there. The espresso is not thr best. The milk is burned and not properly steamed for lattes. The cake is a bit bland and the fruit on top is a bit wilted. Honestly for the prices you can get better coffee in several places in manhattan.
$7+ for a single croissant that looks like it came from Walmart lol.
I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is BY FAR the best hotel coffee shop I've been to! Incredible selection of gourmet coffees, great breakfast selections, good selection of other foods and drinks including alcohol and very pleasant staff even when busy. Hands down better than any starbucks and in our lobby. Thanks!!!!!
Coffee was watered down and tasteless. Machine needs to be recalibrated. Blueberry muffin was dry. Staff was nice though
Bad coffee, mediocre pastries. Not the best. Also very expensive. I would have given less stars because one of the men there was really rude too, but Victoria is so sweet and kind.
Yes, this place is expensive. We spent over $140 on coffees, sandwich and some cookies but this is a patisserie located in a 5 star hotel. 6 stars go to the friendly staff here, everyday a service with a smile and they made a real fuss of our children. Coffee was to our European taste, pastries amazing and the sandwiches very fresh. Highly recommended!
