Excelente servicio!!

i love polo tropical but not at this location !! employees are rude and not friendly and I ordered a large bowl but my food was just like a small bowl inside really disappinted

I was served by a lady named Belkis Batista she was rude lazy had no customer experience. I work in the service industry and for me to take the time to write a review is because she made my experience very bad. I bought a trópichop with extra chicken, it usually comes already chopped up and ready to go, however Ms Batista served me a whole breast chicken. When I asked her to please chop it up for me she gave me an attitude took the chicken and cut it into 3 huge pieces, I had to literally chop the chicken by hand mind that it was hot, when she saw me doing it, she asked me to move and do it somewhere else instead of asking me if she could cut it for me into smaller pieces. People like her make your restaurant and brand look really bad. Thanks to her you guys lost a very loyal customer that consume your products at least twice a week. I will never come back to pollo tropical and I hope that the management team address this and train your employees to have better customer service.
