The food, service, and atmosphere is great me and my friends come here every Saturday after we leave the gym.

This is my second time complaining about this location. The food is always great and I haven’t been to this location in a while, because they always forget something about my order. Decided to go back to this location because it’s extremely convenient for me and they forgot my sauce my avocado And my bowl was wrong. I’m not sure what is going on here but please make sure you’re employees, Check to make sure everything is in the bag before handing it off. This is getting ridiculous that my food is never right other locations it’s perfectly fine. I always have a problem at this one

Lugar sucio, papas quemadas, pollo seco, gaseosa era agua, mucha demora. Pesimo.

Drive thru service was great! Came across Micheal at the window and he was very kind and understanding.

I always order online so that I don't have to wait & This place NEVER has my order done 98% of the time. Last time I ordered I was nearly an hr late to pick it up & they still didn't have my order rdy.

Had issues with the online ordering , was prompted to reorder 5 mins before close . The night shift manager Micheal came to the window right away once I mentioned the online issue and handled everything very quickly along with great customer service . I was here worried that I couldn’t order because of the app having an issue , but then he made sure my order was correct along with being very polite. Thank you
