Planet Smoothie

I never leave reviews, but this place gave me food poisoning and I threw up 27 times in12 hours.

The reason why I like the Planet Smoothie joints is because they definitely serve great cups of smoothies for any size I especially love to have them in large size of cups as well as this particular smoothie joint franchise is still the biggest top-rated smoothie franchise of all Planet Smoothie joints out there!!

Always have great service when I go to get my smoothie. The crew that they have always serves with a smile on their faces..

They do not read the online orders properly. I’ve ordered there recently 4 times and each time I add extra ingredients that they charge extra for. Each time I didn’t receive the added ingredients. I’ve called them the last two times and they said I had to come in when the general manager was in. I was able to come in the 4th mess up because the missing stuff was becoming too common. I went in and told the general manager what has been happening and with an attitude she grabbed a dollar out of the tip jar and slapped it on the counter and dismissed me.

I love it here. The smoothies are crafted for the body. I usually order online...but I also like to walkin and see what is new.

Thought I would try out the smoothies here and 5stars! The staff was also so nice and welcoming! I was nervous because of the reviews but great staff and great smoothies! The manager on duty was also very nice to me and the employees!!!
