The staff was very helpful and nice. I had the two taco combo, one with carne asada and one shrimp. The carne asada needs to be marinated, didn't have much flavor, had to add salsa. The shrimp taco was really good. Rice and beans were decent. For the price, unless you're there with friends, there are better options. Vegetarian options: They did have some options for vegetarians. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and very well done, but the food was lackluster. The bowl was pretty good, but nothing I'd make a point to come back for. The empanadas didn't seem fresh and didn't have much flavor or texture. Ceviche looked & tasted like shrimp cocktail in a soup of lime juice with some avocado rather than a true ceviche. They were also out of a lot of items. You order at the counter and they bring food to the table, but they provided plastic silverware. Really wanted to like it more as the design is really well done & has a nice atmosphere.
Chicken totstada was very filling. Pinto beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole, cheese, cream, and chicken in a fried tostada Vegetarian options: Cauliflower option Parking: Parking is tight and it gets very busy.
If I lived here I would come just for the yucca fries! Crispy outside, soft inside. Everything was cooked perfectly. From the carnitas to the guac. Fresh & flavorful. Que sabor!
I love their empanadas which are gluten free, filled with a lovely mix of beef and potato! So good!
Price is very reasonable. Quantities of food plentiful. Would definitely try it again
It was good! I got an eight dollar tostada, and it was worth every penny. It wasn't "great" but it was eight. Chicken was a little dry, but the green creamy sauce was excellent! Will come again for another try, for sure. Hoping it was a less than stellar day, and it will blow my mind next time.
