Go to place for a quick bite or drink when at the Hard Rock. Service and drinks are great and food is pretty good.

My family & I came here for my birthday. Great concept & the ambiance was amazing. The server was very passive aggressive. There were no efforts to accommodate us & anytime you needed something it appeared to be a bother. The manager then decided to randomly ID everybody in our parry. Now that’s not a problem - however we’re an hour plus into our event. He demanded to see everyone’s ID - he didn’t ask. Not to mention you can clearly tell that we’re all adults with the exception of my little sister. Food was okay - burgers were very dry. Pizza was decent. Chicken tenders were really good. Also - having no option other than having one bill for a party of 16 people is absolutely absurd & completely unrealistic. Better needs to be done. We live in the 21st century & this is the first place I’ve ever been too where you cannot split a check. Overall we had a poor experience & the games malfunction here & there and they’re strict about the time so you really lose time when it’s all said & done. Games weren't properly explained. I can really keep going. We won’t be returning here anytime soon & wont be recommending this to anybody. I was really hoping to enjoy this - total disappointment

We went to enjoy the Shooting virtual game and it was great. It's a cool and unique experience. The drinks were delicious, especially the Lychee Martini. The Mahi Tacos I ordered stated it came with Tortilla chips but instead it turned out to be kettle style chips which was a little disappointing but tacos were delicious. Overall this place is great and has a lot of different activities throughout the week like Karaoke, Happy hours, board games, etc. Check out their website.

In a family of adults, almost adults and an 11 year old, it’s hard to find activities that interest all! PLA never disappoints.

Amazing food, great drinks, fun service, and top notch management staff. Very happy to stumble in here. We had the Mahi Tuna Tacos and a few cocktails. Be sure to stop in for a break. The hospitality manager David and bartender Melyeah made it a great time! We'll stop by every time we come here.

Chopped liver. I asked the bartender if chopped liver was on the menu. The reason I inquired about chopped liver is because that is the way I was treated there. There were 3 bartenders and about 10 people at the bar. When I came to the bar there were 5 extra seats. I then sat down. No one gave me a menu or even asked if I wanted one. A married couple sat down next to me. They were served right away. They were given menus and the place in front of them was cleaned by two different bartenders. They had their drink and bite to eat paid their bill. Yet no one decided to see if I needed to be served. A family of four then sat down next to me. They were also immediately served. They were all given menus too, except for one who had to share with her sister. Not me. I finally found a menu, but one of the family of four took it away from me, so she could have her own. Finally after about an hour of not being served and after the three bartenders serviced about 25 other people, one of the bartenders noticed me. When I finally was able to order a cheese steak, the server went around the whole bar to find out who ordered the cheese steak. By the time it got to me it was cold. What happened to me was not a mistake. that is not being busy. That was a concerted effort to purposely ignore someone by the staff. I did complain to the manager and I promised the manger I would expose the staff's cruel means of humiliating guests at the hotel for no apparent reason. If you want to be humiliated. If you want to be ignored. If you want to served sub par food. If you want to wait an hour to be served while others are served before you, then this is your place.
